We're selecting five leagues for the first Founding League group. Applications are reviewed personally — this isn't first-come, first-served.

If it looks like a good fit, we'll schedule a short call.
We want to understand how you currently handle things like schedules, teams, handicaps, substitutes, scoring and standings.

We'll set it up with you
We'll help create your organization, league, season, roster and schedule and make sure you're ready for your first round on Golf League HQ.

Run your league
Use Golf League HQ through the remainder of your current season.
We'll stay close enough to help when you need us — and, just as importantly, to learn where the product still creates work instead of eliminating it.

Decide after the season
Your Founding League season remains free through your final scheduled round.
Within seven days after your season ends, we'll have a short season review.
We'll show you your Founding League pricing for the next season, and you decide whether Golf League HQ earned the right to keep running your league.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Founding League Program really free?
Yes. If your league is selected, you'll use Golf League HQ at no cost through your current season's final scheduled round.
There is no automatic renewal.
What happens after our season?
Within seven days of your final scheduled round, we'll have a short season review.
If you'd like to continue, we'll offer you special Founding League pricing for your next season.
You decide whether to continue.
We're already halfway through our season. Can we still apply?
Absolutely.
In fact, leagues already dealing with the weekly workload are particularly useful to the program.
We'll talk through where you are and whether moving now makes sense. If it doesn't, we can discuss getting you ready for your next season instead.
Do I have to move my entire league immediately?
No.
We'll review your current setup with you and determine the best way to transition. The goal isn't to disrupt a league that's already running — it's to make running it easier.
What if I currently use Excel or Google Sheets?
That's exactly the kind of league we'd like to talk to.
If your spreadsheet works but requires too much commissioner time to maintain, Golf League HQ was built to solve that problem.
