Creating a League

Starting a new league in Golf League HQ begins with creating an organization.

Your organization provides the home for your league. Once it's created, Golf League HQ walks you directly into creating your first league.

Overview

The setup process follows this sequence:

Create Organization → Organization Name → Create League → Description → Create First League → League Name → Description → Public/Private → Dashboard

You'll create the organization first, then provide the information for your first league.

Once setup is complete, Golf League HQ takes you to your Dashboard.

Before You Begin

Choose Create a League if you're setting up a new league rather than joining one that already exists.

If you've been invited to someone else's league, you normally want Joining a League instead.

Before starting, it helps to know:

• The name of your organization
• The name of your league
• A short description of your league
• Whether the league should be public or private
