Scoring
Verifying Your Scorecard
Review, verify, and lock your Golf League HQ scorecard for opponent approval.
Verifying Your Scorecard
Finished the round?
Before your scores become final, Golf League HQ uses a verification and approval process.
Your first step is reviewing your completed scorecard and selecting Verify Scores.
Overview
Once all holes are complete, your scorecard is ready for verification.
When you verify:
- Your scorecard is submitted for approval
- Your scores become locked
- The score fields are greyed out
- Golf League HQ waits for opponent approval
Before You Begin
Make sure all scores for the round have been entered.
Review the completed scorecard carefully before continuing.
Printed Cards and Verification
If your group played from a printed scorecard, verification still happens in Golf League HQ once the scores are entered. Sign the printed card and return it to the league Secretary as the card instructs — the printed card is your league's paper record, not a substitute for verification.
